I have always thrived to be a designer because that is what excites me and this is the field which brings my imagination into existence. Junior Engineer

TOYODA GOSEI SOUTH INDIA

Responible for Product Design and Development[Automative Plastic-Exterior Trims] including Engineering Change Instruction and approval of new product developed.

  • Working on the Specs & Cloud data provided for the design for A & B-Surface and its associated features for various Exterior parts.
  • Customer-Proxy design approach for the design of C & A Parts, making use of the Styling Data and specification mentioned by the customer.
  • Modelling & drafting of Level-2/Child part drawings based on the Approved B-surface Data, for inter-departmental usage.
  • DR [Design review], Feasibility Study for New projects based on previous project reflection.
  • Gate & Runner design for various Plastic Injected Components.
  • Engineering Change Instruction [ECI], Engineering Study Request [ESR] & Engineering Change Request [ECR] Implementation as per the supplier & Customer Feedback.
  • Complete experience in Styling Design and conformation of C&A Exterior parts like License Chrome plate, Back door garnish parts, Chrome plate spoilers, Mirror Chrome Garnish ,Body side Moulding & other Exterior Parts.

    HINDUSTHAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED (HAL)

    The Summer Internship at HAL was indeed a great experience. We were stationed at Tejas & Mirage Plant. We were exposed to many industrial aspects of the aircraft industry such as sheet metal & welding, Honey comb bonding shop, Electronics, Testing rigs, Assembly and trail parameters. In theory we were introduced to theory of flight, Angle of attack, Drag & other aeronautic concepts.

    BHARATH EARTH MOVERS LIMITED (BEML)

    The internship at Beml was a wonderful place to get introduced to heavy machinery truck industry. It was a great place to learn about engine and it’s assembly, Power train system, Steering system, Braking and suspension technology, Cabin interiors, hoist and other heavy machinery components. We were introduced to heavy Loaders, Dumpers, Graders of Beml manufacturing used in Mining and defense. We were educated on Technical study of drawing and blueprints. Additionally we learnt the complete functionality of Tatra trucks used by the Indian Army.
